Online Access. You can access your account, inventory availability, request memo samples, and place orders 24/7 using mayerfabrics.com
Memo Requests. If requested, we can send memo samples directly to your home and bypass the office. Just let us know when placing your sample order online. To ensure shipping requirements are met, orders placed after 5:30 PM (EST) should be submitted via your Mayer Fabrics’ online account or to samples@mayerfabrics.com. *If requested, sample requests placed by 7PM (EST) will ship the same day for next day air delivery (when applicable). Otherwise, UPS Second Day Shipping will apply if greater than 1 -2 days via UPS Ground. Free Shipping on Web orders is a COVID 19 promo and will not remain standard practice once things get back to normal.
Fabric Orders. Online fabric orders over $250 will ship FREE. *Applies to US shipments via UPS Ground, placed online through mayerfabrics.com

PPE Materials
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mayer Fabrics shifted its focus to supplying medical textiles to the community, specifically concentrating on distributing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to medical professionals and essential workers.
