2018 Pumpkin Crunch

Mayer Pumpkin Crunch


Ingredients

  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 2 Sticks butter (melted)
  • 1 package Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz) can Evaporated Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Pecan halves
  • Whipped Topping
Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix Pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a greased 9″ by 13″ pan.
  4. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture evenly.
  5. Top with desired amount of pecans and butter.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool and serve.
  8. Dollop with whipped topping if desired.
